DLL Softball Clinics - Winter 2025

If you are looking to introduce your daughter to softball, or continue to develop her skills, we have the events for you! Come join Dexter Little League, and the Hurricanes Fastpitch 16U travel team for instructional softball clinics this winter. Instruction will be given by the Hurricane Fastpitch players, and will be tailored for any skill level from beginner to intermediate players. Players will receive instruction on throwing, fielding grounders and pop ups, catching, and will finish up with some hitting. Clinic is geared towards minors & majors softball age players.

Clinics take place at Wylie Elementary School gym.

Softball

2025 Spring - Softball

Players must live within the Dexter Community School boundaries or attend Dexter Schools in order to play Dexter Little League. If a player does not live within the Dexter Community Schools boundary, please fill out this form (link coming soon) before proceeding with registration. A league board member will contact you shortly on how to proceed.
The division that a player is eligible for based on their date of birth is the only option available for registration. A player's Little League age can be determined by reviewing the 2025 Little League International age charts.
Games are played in Dexter at Creekside Quad fields, Mill Creek fields, Hudson Mills MetrotPark and Peace Lutheran Steffey Field. Please note that the Metropark charges an entrance fee (even if you are just dropping off for a practice/game). Visit this link for more information.
Any players that are requesting to play up or down a division should do so via this form. Please do not proceed with registration until you are contacted by the DLL Player Agent or President.
Players must be registered with the correct DOB, not doing so will make your player not eligible for the 2025 DLL season. DLL reserves the right to check birth certificates at player evaluations.

Games begin the week of April 21 and end by June 14, 2025. Teams generally play two games/week, weather-permitting. Teeball plays one day/week.

Teeball - Saturday (one hour practice followed by one hour game)
Machine Pitch Baseball - Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Minors Baseball - Tuesday/Thursday * NEW *
Majors Baseball - Monday/Wednesday * NEW *
Juniors Baseball - varies - all interleague
Machine Pitch Softball - Tuesday/Thursday
Minors Softball - Tuesday/Thursday
Majors Softball - Monday/Wednesday
